Yes, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. If your arrival is within less than 30 days, full payment is required. This guarantees your accommodation and allows us to prepare your arrival under the best conditions.

Payment terms vary depending on the type of accommodation:

FOR CAMPSITES:

• Deposit: 25% of the stay when booking
• Booking fees: €15 (mandatory July/August)
• Balance: to be paid ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL

FOR RENTALS (mobile homes, lodge tents, cabins):

• Deposit: 25% of the stay when booking
• Booking fees: €15 (mandatory July/August)
• Balance: to be paid 30 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL

IMPORTANT: For bookings made less than 30 days before the stay, full payment is required immediately.

Our cancellation policy, refined by decades of experience, is designed to be as fair as possible while ensuring the sustainability of our family campsite.

Camping Maisonneuve is easily accessible at the following address: 689 Route de Mel, 24250 Castelnaud-la-Chapelle, Dordogne. We are ideally located in the Céou valley, in the heart of the golden triangle of Black Périgord, only 800 meters from the historic village of Castelnaud and 10 km from Sarlat-la-Canéda.

By car, we are easily accessible from the A20 motorway (Souillac exit, then direction Sarlat) or A89 (Brive-la-Gaillarde exit). Once in Sarlat, follow the D703 towards Gourdon, then take the D57 towards Castelnaud-la-Chapelle. The journey from Sarlat takes only 15 minutes, and you'll cross magnificent Périgord landscapes.

Arriving by train? The closest station is Sarlat-la-Canéda, only 10 km away (15 minutes by car). We can recommend local taxi services or car rentals to facilitate your arrival and transportation during your stay.
