Our Maisonette is the perfect size to accommodate a large family or couples wanting space. 3 spacious bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), everyone can enjoy their privacy while being under the same roof. Arrivals are from 2pm and departures are at 12pm. For rentals, arrivals are from 4pm and departures are before 10am (appointment required the day before at reception for the inventory check). These times allow our vacationers to organize their days well, whether to drop off their luggage before a canoe trip on the Dordogne or after a walk through the villages of Black Périgord. If you plan to arrive outside these time slots, contact us: we always find a solution.

Our 2026 rates vary by season and type of accommodation chosen.
Traditional campsites: from €5.50 (low season, per adult 12+) to €10.90 (high season). Children under 12 benefit from a reduced rate of €3.20 to €6.20 depending on season.
4-person mobile homes: from €510 to €1360 per week depending on range and period, or nightly rental in low season from €95 to €110 (2 night minimum).
5-person Safari Tent: from €400 to €1000 per week or €85 per night, depending on season.
10-person Group Cottage: from €690 to €1660 per week depending on season, or €23 per person per night.

Camping Maisonneuve offers a cancellation option for your bookings for specific reasons, such as illness or unforeseen events. It must be taken out at the time of booking and has specific conditions detailed in the contract. This option offers you peace of mind when planning your stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The campsite cancellation policy depends on your insurance choice:
WITHOUT CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
- No refund will be made, regardless of the reason
- Deposits and booking fees are kept by the campsite
- This applies even in case of force majeure
WITH "Campez Couvert" CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
- Refund possible according to guaranteed reasons in the contract
- Coverage up to €30,000 per event
- No deductible for medical reasons (€15 deductible other reasons)
- The insurance must be taken out AT THE TIME OF BOOKING
IN CASE OF DELAY OR NO-SHOW:
- We keep your booking for 24 hours from the scheduled arrival date
- After this period, the campsite reserves the right to re-rent the campsite or accommodation
- Billing starts from the 1st day of booking, even in case of delay
- Fees and deposits are not refunded
